NCR The Beginning

As God started calling me to this new ministry area over 4 1/2 years ago, I would never have believed that we would be where we are right now, with the people He has also called to serve with me.  A ministry to reach out primarily to the biker community and to also reach out to other brothers and sisters who have fallen by the wayside for one reason or another.  A desire to call out to these dry bones and dead hearts, and bring them back into a relationship with Jesus Christ and to service again.

When we originally approached the state coordinator about our desire to start a new chapter, there were several things that logistically made it difficult to have a chapter in the very northeast corner of Texas.  Leadership was already stretched thin covering a lot of area and a lot of chapters already.  It just didn’t seem like they wanted it to happen. What we told them is that it was our plan to go forward with our meetings as a new CMA ride group.  I told the state coordinator at the time, “Let us earn the right to be a chapter”. It only took a few months of seeing the dedication and servant hearts of our chapter for the state coordinator to finally call me and say “OK, your chapter is the real deal, consider yourselves a Forming Chapter"

Part of my favorite song, and my theme for our chapter is  “We call out to dry bones, come alive, come alive.  We call out to dead hearts, come alive, come alive. Up out of the ashes let us see an army rise”   Can you be a part of building an army for the Kingdom of God?

New Covenant Riders granted Forming Chapter Status - #2915 April 2018 to a Chartered Chapter #1374 in April of 2019

April 22 2024 we will celebrate our 5th year of our chapter charter.  We are planning on having a celebration to mark the 5 year mark.

“Here if you need us”

11 Then he said to me, “Son of man, these bones represent the people of Israel. They are saying, ‘We have become old, dry bones—all hope is gone. Our nation is finished.’ 12 Therefore, prophesy to them and say, ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: O my people, I will open your graves of exile and cause you to rise again. Then I will bring you back to the land of Israel. 13 When this happens, O my people, you will know that I am the Lord. 14 I will put my Spirit in you, and you will live again and return home to your own land. Then you will know that I, the Lord, have spoken, and I have done what I said. Yes, the Lord has spoken (Ezekial 37 (NLT).
